Nova Dental Appointments is provided for Nova Dental & Aesthetics, Office #10, 1st Floor, Punjab Center, Punjab Market, G13/4 Islamabad. The app helps adults request appointments for themselves or a dependent. It does not provide diagnoses, treatment advice or emergency services.
Information you enter
The appointment form asks for your name, contact number, service and preferred appointment date and time. No patient account is required. Selecting a time sends only a random request identifier, date and time over HTTPS for a five-minute hold; your name and phone are sent only when you submit a reviewed request with your consent. Abandoned holds expire automatically. The app fetches live services and time slots from the clinic website. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health details in booking messages.
Clinic appointment requests
After your consent and review, the app sends your booking details over HTTPS to the clinic website for saving in its private appointment database. A successful save returns a request reference; the clinic confirms the final appointment separately. A random request identifier prevents duplicate saves on retry. Authorised clinic staff can access submitted records, which are retained until the clinic removes them. Hosting services may keep normal connection logs.
Optional WhatsApp follow-up
When you choose WhatsApp follow-up or an alternative when saving cannot be confirmed, the app opens WhatsApp or its website with a prepared message. WhatsApp/Meta may receive the prepared details when the link opens. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to deliver the request to the clinic. The clinic uses received information to respond to and manage your appointment. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply. Your booking is confirmed only when the clinic replies.
Optional drafts stored on your device
Save draft is optional. Drafts contain the same form details. Android uses encrypted secure storage; this app disables Android backup of its data, and clearing app storage or uninstalling removes those local drafts. iOS uses Keychain secure storage. Keychain entries may survive uninstalling, and iCloud Keychain settings can affect synchronization. Delete drafts in the Drafts tab before uninstalling the iOS app, and sign out to remove its clinic session. Reinstalling requires a fresh clinic sign-in. A draft may retain its random request identifier for retrying an unconfirmed save. You can delete individual drafts or all drafts from the Drafts tab. Drafts are not automatically sent to the clinic.
Permissions and external services
The app does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or storage permissions. It uses internet access for appointments and clinic alerts. It opens the dialler, email, Google Maps, social profiles or website only when you choose those actions; those services handle their own data. The app does not collect analytics or display advertising. Website hosting and external services may process normal connection information under their own practices.
Optional clinic team mobile notifications
The protected doctor workspace requires the clinic administrator password. Its secure sign-in session expires after up to eight hours; the password and notification list are not saved on the device. When clinic staff enable mobile alerts, the app requests notification permission and registers a random installation identifier and Firebase delivery token with the clinic over HTTPS. Firebase/Google processes delivery tokens and connection information; iOS delivery also uses Apple's Push Notification service. Lock-screen alerts contain a generic new-request message; appointment details require clinic sign-in. Disable alerts or sign out in the doctor workspace to unregister that device. An alert already being delivered may still arrive. Patient booking does not require notification enrollment.
If the clinic configures staff email or WhatsApp notifications, its server sends appointment reference, date, time and selected service to the configured staff recipient using the clinic's mail provider or WhatsApp/Meta. Those providers process delivery information under their own terms. These channels are disabled by default.
Retention and deletion
Use the Drafts tab to delete saved drafts; iOS Keychain entries can remain after uninstalling. Deleting a draft does not remove submitted clinic requests, WhatsApp messages already sent or records held by the clinic. For access or deletion requests concerning clinic-held information, contact +92 300 1881336. Clinic-held records are managed separately from the app.
Website visitor records
When you browse this website, we record your IP address, visit time, page path, referring website, browser and device details, language, screen size and timezone to understand site usage. We use first-party cookies to recognise a browser for up to 365 days and group page views into visits after 30 minutes of inactivity. Visitor analytics are processed on our website server. IP location lookup is enabled by default and can be disabled by the clinic. When enabled, the server sends a public visitor IP address to the IPWhois.io service at ipwho.is and may store the approximate country, region, city, timezone and network information it returns. Private/local addresses are not submitted for lookup. If lookup is disabled or unsuccessful, those location fields remain unavailable. This does not use GPS. IP location is an approximate network estimate and does not reveal a visitor's exact address or nationality; VPNs, proxies and mobile networks can make it inaccurate. Existing records are not looked up retrospectively.
Records are stored privately on our website server and are available to authorised administrators. The public footer displays only a total count. We do not include appointment form contents, URL query strings or fragments in these records. Records are retained until the clinic removes them. To request access or deletion, contact +92 300 1881336. Our visitor script respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; hosting and configured location providers may still process normal connection information under their own terms.
Website appointment requests
With your consent, the website sends your name, phone number, selected service and preferred appointment date and time to the clinic for saving in a private patient and appointment database. The website uses a SQLite database on the clinic's hosting server by default; if the clinic configures SQL Server, those records are stored in that database instead. A successful save displays a request reference. If saving is unavailable or cannot be confirmed, the form tells you and offers WhatsApp as an alternative; opening that link shares the prepared details with WhatsApp/Meta, and you must tap Send to contact the clinic. Your appointment is confirmed only after the clinic replies.
Website appointment records are accessible to authorised clinic administrators and retained until the clinic removes them. The form does not store patient details in browser storage or visitor analytics. Please use the form only for booking details. To request access, correction or deletion of clinic-held records, call +92 300 1881336. This website booking service is separate from the mobile app's optional on-device drafts.
